Seramis is a specially prepared substrate for planting and transplanting orchids, which contains unique clay granules. These granules are able to maintain the optimal moisture level of the substrate because they absorb large amounts of water and gradually release it when the substrate begins to dry out. The substrate also contains specially selected pine bark, which provides a loose structure that promotes healthy root development. As a result, the substrate supports strong, healthy growth and abundant flowering of plants.
The loose and porous structure of the Seramis substrate provides excellent ventilation for the sensitive roots of orchids, as well as an optimal level of humidity, which prevents rotting of the roots. In addition, this medium is also a source of calcium, which supports healthy plant growth.
