Rosemary - Rosmarinus officinalis -

Rosemary is a perennial plant. Young leaves and shoot tips with a characteristic spicy smell are used as an addition to meat dishes, vegetable salads, soups and sauces.

Before sowing the seeds, put them in the refrigerator for 7 days.

Sow seeds from April to May.

Step 1

Prepare a pot or balcony box. The container should have holes in the bottom.

Step 2

Fill the container with earth, preferably universal.

Step 3

Sow the seeds 2 in one point every 30 cm. Cover them with a 0.5 cm layer of earth.

Step 4

Water. And you're done!

The plant requires regular watering.

The spice value reaches from June to September.
